BILLING SERVICE TECHNOLOGY

MNS, Inc. utilizes an Internet access, multi-user server "attached" to the "net" via a sophisticated DSL Hub.  The system can be remotely accessed by clients, as well as our billing specialists.  Access is security restricted to both a "need to know" and a "need to enter data" basis.  This is accomplished through a multi-level password and firewall system that is HIPAA compliant.

Client Practices
Clients and their employees/representatives can access all information about their particular account, in real-time, including:  use of the computerized scheduling system, patient account and demographic information, and management reporting.  Clients can remotely print all management reports and superbills from their office locations.  However, for security and data integrity reasons, data entry from client practice locations is limited (with the exception of patient scheduling).

Client Support
We promise frequent and effective client contact.  Our Billing Specialists know that their success and your satisfaction is dependent upon an effective team approach.  We ask our clients to participate in Accounts Receivables reviews of outstanding balances of over 60 days, in a joint effort to maximize collections and minimize A/R.
